“My daily diet while coping with depersonalization, anxiety and depression

God’s creation of dust to flesh is compartmentalized into 3 separate entities that combine as 1, the
soul, the mind, and the body whom all must be nurtured
consistently every day for life to fulfill
completion.

I remember when it all began for me. I was in fear of my life coming to an end every day. So, I needed
every little thing I could hold onto for confidence
to get through every single moment(literally). I had been an avid runner before that 1st panic attack, so I knew to remain very active in my pursuit to
fighting this mental battle. Next on my list for increased confidence was my health regarding food. This diet is exactly what I consumed daily to maintain and to try my best to climb out of the dark hole I was in. I still use this diet today. It may also assist you with the mental condition you are coping with today. A strong diet can be expensive at times, so there is no need to utilize everything that is on my list.
Just remember there is a lot to be said about a diet 65/70% rich in the minerals and vitamins of fruits
and vegetables. They do something to the mind and
body that even I can’t explain. Take care of your
body and mind. Healthy diet!
